In spring 2026, we spent several days immersing ourselves in L’Ametlla de Mar to capture its essence. Equipped with a camera, a drone and an underwater camera, we explored the area from the air, at ground level and beneath the waves. We followed the fishing boats as they returned to port, walked from cove to cove and discovered the life hidden below the surface.

Under the slogan “La Cala at its most natural”, we created a film and photography project comprising five 30-second themed videos, a one- to two-minute overview video and a collection of 50 photographs. Five perspectives connecting landscape, tradition and experiences, with sustainability as the common thread.

An immersion in the trades, flavours and people that make La Cala’s heart beat. A story that celebrates its seafaring roots and the importance of preserving its extraordinary natural heritage. The Mediterranean, experienced from within.
