At Alícia and Josep Viticultors they produce unique and elegant wines that are the ultimate expression of the Priorat terroir. They are based on ecological – regenerative viticulture and for the launch of their new wine we have created the naming and design.
The result is IROIK, a wine of heroic viticulture that captures, both in its name and in its label, the authenticity of the Tossal vineyard. A vineyard that, with a slope of 43%, requires 100% manual work to harvest the Syrah with which it is made.
