The Open University of Catalonia (UOC) has an equality unit 💜✊ that is responsible for developing gender equality policies at the University.
The main functions of the UOC’s Equality Unit are two:
> Ensure equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, regardless of their sex, sexual orientation or gender identity or expression.
> Combat situations of sexual harassment and discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation and gender identity or expression.
